Prior to AMRU Consulting Amardeep led many Transformation & Transition projects. For one such project, Amardeep was the Europe lead for a Global food manufacturing client that required transformation of its HR and Finance processes and transition them as well as the resources into a shared service centre model.

This required transforming HR and Finance processes with a workforce who had been using their old processes for a number of years. Amardeep had to use a lot of influencing and negotiating skills to bring the team onside with this change.

Once the processes had been transformed the next step was to recruit resources in Asia and Europe. Amardeep led the team and was accountable for the hiring of over 100 resources, ensuring they were trained on the new processes and ready for Go live. This project moved over 100 resources from multiple European countries into 2 shared service centres.

This was not without its challenges, however these were overcome and led to successful Go lives.
